I'm Evan Costa, a multimedia professional and 3D generalist out of Kearny, New Jersey, with a B.A. in Interactive Multimedia from The College of New Jersey and 8+ years of production experience. I've edited enterprise webinars for TIAA, assisted on-set production for Nuveen, migrated a 4,800+ asset media library with a custom Python pipeline, run camera on a live broadcast, and built a sci-fi horror teaser in Blender from an empty scene. I like work where craft and technical problem-solving meet — and deadlines that other people call tight.

    • Architected and executed the migration of 4,800+ video assets from Vimeo to Frame.io across TIAA/Nuveen's enterprise media library.
    • Built a custom Python automation pipeline (yt-dlp, FFmpeg, SQLite) handling authentication, enumeration, download, and verification across 16 source folders.
    • Owned direct client communication on scope, timeline, and pricing, with weekly progress reports to the project manager.

    Camera Operator — “Garden State Live”

    Senior Thesis Production — TCNJ

    • Operated a Blackmagic camera rig during live multi-camera production of musical performances and segments.
    • Coordinated shot timing with the switcher and crew over headset comms for a smooth real-time broadcast.
    • Named and concepted the logo for the show's house band, “The Turnpike” — both adopted into the final identity.
    • Created the introductory sequence solo, all rendered in Blender.

    • Edited retirement-planning webinars, turning dense financial material into concise, digestible content.
    • Operated teleprompter for live webinars, including the Global Investment Committee's 2025 Midyear Outlook and a session featuring the CEO of Nuveen.
    • Sharpened Premiere Pro and After Effects craft through hands-on mentorship from senior editors.
    • Assisted on-set production for executive thought-leadership packages during corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Responsible Investing summits.
    • Configured multi-point studio lighting and camera rigging for formal internal executive interviews and dynamic walking-and-talking sequences.
